Discretion is the whole job.

• Your tasks are yours. They are stored to run the service for you. They are never sold, never rented, and never handed to an advertiser.
• The AI features send task text to a model provider, server-side. Debrief, chat, briefings and proposals pass the task content they are working on to Anthropic's and, for voice capture, OpenAI's APIs. Your basic list, your reminders and your data never require it: turn away from the AI features and nothing leaves for a model.
• There is no tracking code inside the app. The task app at app.agentattache.com carries no analytics library, no ad pixel, and no session replay. This marketing page measures visits with privacy-first analytics, and only after you press Accept.
• Sign in without handing over anything extra. Passkeys use attestation "none", which means the service never collects the identity of your fingerprint reader or security key.
• Every share link resolves to exactly one thing. Dead Drop links and one-tap reminder actions each carry a signature over a single item and a single action, and a tenancy test with a working positive control runs before every release.
• Your email is for signing in, reminders, and notifications you explicitly request. That is all it is used for.

You can read your own list without asking us.

Every tool that holds your work should answer one question plainly: if you wanted at your own data right now, could you get it? Here is the honest version.

• Your assistant reads the whole list, on demand, through a standards-based server. The free MCP server uses OAuth 2.1 with Proof Key for Code Exchange (PKCE) and standard discovery, which means the connection is not a private arrangement with us: any compliant client can make it. Ask Claude what is on your list and it reads the live list, not a nightly copy.
• It is the live list, not an export. That cuts both ways and is worth saying twice: there is no stale file to reconcile, and equally there is no single button that hands you a tidy archive. What exists today is programmatic access to the real thing.
• Getting in is already proven, which is the harder half. The Remember The Milk import runs from RTM's own export and is keyed on RTM ids, so re-running it cannot duplicate anything. Our own 282-task migration ran with zero duplication. A tool that makes migration safe in one direction has shown you how it thinks about the other.
• The server is free and never behind a paid tier. Access to your own tasks is not a feature we plan to charge for, which is a part some services quietly reverse once there is a paid plan to protect.

What he cannot do yet.

Stated here rather than discovered later.

• No App Store listing and no Android. iPhone and iPad are private TestFlight only.
• No offline mode. There is no offline sync engine; a connection is required.
• Team coordination is designed, not built. Today the product is a single person plus their AI.
• No one-click data export yet. The MCP server is the working way out until it ships.
• He does not send anything on your behalf. Outbound-communication tasks carry a drafted message you copy and send yourself. That is deliberate, and it is not changing soon.
• He does not hold your calendar. He plans and chases; he does not book your day into time blocks.
• The AI features need a connection to a model provider. Core storage and reminders do not.
